There will be food for all tastes at the Brearley Benefit 2007. The planned buffets include:
Passed Hors D'oeuvres: chicken croquettes, skewers of chicken pizzaiola, porcini in phyllo, assorted mini pizzas, pigs in blankets, blini with caviar, endive with chevre, cherry tomatoes with pesto, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto
Pasta buffet
Filet of Beef with morel sauce
Mixed Antipasto Station (contents subject to seasonal availability)
Desserts: brownies, lemon cookies, Cipriani chocolate cake, ice cream, fruit tart, fresh fruit, and Zabaglione cake
