To Order Tickets

Please fill out and return the ticketing envelope included with your invitation, which you should have received in early March. (The Brearley Benefit 2004 is offering private return bus service for $5 per person. You can reserve seats when you place your ticket order. We will keep you posted about routes and other details.)

Be sure to enclose your check or list your credit card information.

Once payment has been received, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order by mail.

If you did not receive your ticketing envelope or need additional ones, please e-mail your mailing address to us at tickets@brearley.org and we will mail you one.

All Tickets will be Held at the Door
Please arrive at the Cathedral at 6:30 p.m. to check your coat, collect your tickets and find your seats. The performance begins promptly at 7:00 p.m. A reception follows.

Proceeds from the Brearley Benefit 2004 will be used to support and enhance the arts programs at Brearley. Underwriting support is most welcome. For more information on underwriting opportunities, visit our Underwriters page.

$15,000 (10 tickets)
$10,000 (8 tickets)
$7,500 (6 tickets)
$5,000 (4 tickets)
$2,500 (2 tickets)

Individual Tickets:
Benefactor ($1,000 each)
Patron ($500 each)
Sponsor ($250 each)
Supporter ($100 each)
Student K-XII ($35 each)

Donation for faculty tickets ($50 per ticket)

TAX NOTE: The value of the evening is $50 for each adult ticket and $35 for each student ticket. For underwriters who receive a set of Early Music New York CDs, add an additional $25. The balance of your donation is a tax-deductible contribution and may qualify for a corporate match. Additional contributions are fully tax-deductible.
