Ticket Information

All Tickets will be Held at the Door
Please arrive at the Cathedral at 6:30 p.m. to check your coat, collect your tickets and find your seats.

Please note: This is not a secure site. Do not e-mail your credit card information. Thank you.

If you cannot use your tickets, please contact Sharon Stearns in the Brearley Development Office as soon as possible. Due to the outstanding response to this year's Benefit, we can use every available seat! To assure that your unused seats are reassigned to someone else, please call Sharon on (212) 570-8617 or email her at sstearns@brearley.org.

Return bus service is available after the Benefit for $5.00 per person. Buses will depart from the Cathedral at 9:15 p.m. Reservations can be made by contacting Pam Mancini on (917) 432-1526 or emailing her at benefitinfo@brearley.org. When making or confirming your reservations, please specify whether you will be using the East Side or the West Side bus service. Thank you!

Proceeds from the Brearley Benefit 2004 will be used to support and enhance the arts programs at Brearley. Underwriting support is most welcome. For more information on underwriting opportunities, visit our Underwriters page.

Underwriters:
$15,000 (10 tickets)
$10,000 (8 tickets)
$7,500 (6 tickets)
$5,000 (4 tickets)
$2,500 (2 tickets)

Individual Tickets:
Benefactor ($1,000 each)
Patron ($500 each)
Sponsor ($250 each)
Supporter ($100 each)
Student K-XII ($35 each)

Donation for faculty tickets ($50 per ticket)

TAX NOTE: The value of the evening is $50 for each adult ticket and $35 for each student ticket. For underwriters who receive a set of Early Music New York CDs, add an additional $25. The balance of your donation is a tax-deductible contribution and may qualify for a corporate match. Additional contributions are fully tax-deductible.
